Moneyful LTD includes the terms and conditions of the service provided with every digital form submitted by their customers. This agreement exclusively details how the customer’s data is used by Moneyful.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, customers grant Moneyful permission to use their provided information for the strict use of creating and operating betting (bookmaker) accounts. In addition, Moneyful may use customer’s information to create payment methods to fund these – bank cards and e-wallets PayPal and Skrill. By signing this document, customers also grant Moneyful the following permissions:

• Moneyful can create an e-wallet in the customer’s name (Skrill, PayPal) for the strict use of funding bookmaker accounts.
• Moneyful can create an email address and register a mobile phone number using the customer’s information for the strict use of funding bookmaker accounts and facilitate use of bank cards and e-wallets.
• Permission for Moneyful to securely store the provided information and documentation until Moneyful terminates this agreement with the customer.
• Permission for Moneyful to contact the customer via email and/or SMS text message to request further documentation if required at a later stage. This may include, but is not limited to: Updated proof of address documentation, photos of the customer’s face with their documentation (e.g. a selfie with their ID card) and a piece of paper showing the date and/or username associated with the relevant betting account.

Customers are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to gain access to the betting accounts, or funding methods Moneyful creates.
• Creating accounts on any website licenced by the UK Gambling Commission after accepting these Terms & Conditions.
• Submitting any information or documentation via the online form, or any external means that is believed to be inaccurate, illegitimate, or fraudulent.
